    Service Time: Monday to Friday (Austrian workdays) from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (CET)
    16×6 Support
    Service Time: Monday to Saturday from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm (CET)
    24×7 Support
    Service Time: Monday to Sunday from 00:00 am to 12:00 pm (CET)

    Paradine has a web-based support ticket system on Paradine Support Service Desk based on JIRA Service Desk that supports our customers’ support requests.
